Hello, Platt Park Church family,

As we move into spring, we want to take a moment to celebrate all that God is doing in and through our community—and to share a snapshot of where we stand financially after the first four months of 2025.

First, let’s celebrate!

This Easter, your generosity was amazing. Together, we raised $4,563.59 in our Easter offering to support migrants and our trusted Denver ministry partners. Your giving is already making a tangible difference in the lives of those navigating some of the hardest journeys imaginable. Thank you for stepping up in such a meaningful way.

We’re also thrilled to share that our High School France Mission Team has made incredible progress toward their fundraising goal of $20,000, with close to $18,000 already raised! Thank you for purchasing croissants, flocking your friends, and supporting these high schoolers as they head off to serve French teenagers this summer.

Here’s a quick look at our financial picture through April:

Platt Park Church received just over $222,000 in total income from January through April. This is a bit lower than the same period in 2024 (which totaled about $240,000 due to some specific giving to designated funds and partners last year), but our Sunday offering is up nearly 15% compared to last year! That’s a strong sign of consistent, faithful giving from our core congregation. Thank you!

Even more good news:

We’re spending wisely. Expenses so far this year total around $244,000, down from nearly $291,000 at this time last year. While we’re still at an operating shortfall of about $41,000, that’s not unusual for this season, and we’re continuing to steward every dollar with care and intentionality.

How You Can Help

If you’re already giving regularly—thank you. Your support keeps the building watertight, sustains our ministries, pays our staff, and allows us to care for our city and beyond. If you’ve been thinking about jumping in, now is a great time to start. Every gift—large or small—helps us live out our mission to spread Christ’s love. We are so honored to be growing with you all in gratitude, faith, and love.

Thank you,

The Platt Park Church Leadership Team
